DVBViewer channelscan failure

I recently bought and installed DVBViewer 6.1.0.

After that I performed a channel scan, but it failed completely.

 

I live in Holland and I used Rekam + CAIW out of the (cable)transponderlist.

 

Then I reinstalled DVBViewer 5.5.2, and lo and behold: the channel scan failed also, although it worked like a singe before every time I tried it.

 

What am I to do to remedy this problem?

By the way: I use a TechniSat CableStar HD 2-card (für digitalen Kabel-Empfang – HDTV geeignet), which I bought in 2005. I use the latest drivers.
