Web Interface Access Right

May I ask if any settings are required to allow changes (e.g. set up new timer) from a computer within the same private network? Now I need to remote access to the computer hosting the DMS just to set a timer.

Most likely you are using the restricted Media Server Basic version. It only allows access with guest rights from remote PCs. For full access rights you need to buy and install the full version.
