HTPC schaltet nach Herunterfahren/Standby nicht komplett aus

Ich Verwende W10 64Bit bei meinem HTPC. Bisher lief das System stabile. Plötzlich, ohne dass ich etwas verändert hätte, schaltet das System bei Herunterfahren/Standby nicht mehr aus. Lüfter und Platten laufen weiter – aber kein Bild mehr.
Deinstalliert man den DVB Kartentreiben oder entfernt die DVB Karte, schaltet das System beim herunterfahren wieder komplett ab.

Folgende versuche habe ich unternommen:
Bios und DVB Kartentreiber aktualisiert.
Mainboard, Netzteil ersetzt.
DVBSky S952 durch Hauppauge Starbust ersetzt.

All das hat leider nicht geholfen. Ich vermute, ein W10 Update hat hier irgendetwas zerschossen.
Hat ihr irgendeine Idee?

Ich konnte das Problem lösen. W10 64Bit wurde komplett neu installiert. Nachdem der aktuelle Radeon Treiber AMD Video V20.45.20 erneut installiert wurde, trat das Problem wieder auf. Das fiese daran, deinstalliert man den Treiber bleibt das Problem erhalten. Nur eine Neuinstallation von W10 hat erneut geholfen. Ich habe nun einen alten AMD Video Treiber installiert (V19.xxx aus dem Jahr 2019). Das Problem trat dann nicht mehr auf.
Das Problem tat bei mehreren DVB Karten auf (vermutlich Hersteller unabhängig).

AMD Ryzen™ 5 3600
16 GB DDR4
