Andrej Valenti
After installing DVBViewer Pro 7.1.0.0. there is still no video (black window). Signal strength shows 90%, usb DBS-C receiver is Terratec H7. It looks like some kind of decoding problem. Please help. support.zip Quote Link to comment
Griga
Please check the DVBViewer Filter property page. What does it display? It allows to determine whether the problem is caused by the DVB card (or its driver) or by playback components. Quote Link to comment
Andrej Valenti
Thank you for your help. Have registered DVBSource as per https://www.DVBViewer.com/griga/DVBSource E/DVBSource.html, but there is still no "Filter" option in Settings tab. What am I doing wrong? What should I check to see if filter utility is correctly installed? Thank you, Andrej Quote Link to comment
Griga
According to your DVBViewer.log (see configuration folder) there is nothing wrong with your playback components (= filters): 24.05.21 18:02:42.343 Used Filter: MadVR Video Renderer 24.05.21 18:02:42.343 Used Filter: Default DirectSound Device (Audio A) 24.05.21 18:02:42.343 Used Filter: LAV Video Decoder (Video A) 24.05.21 18:02:42.343 Used Filter: Audio Callback (Standard) 24.05.21 18:02:42.343 Used Filter: LAV Audio Decoder (Audio A) 24.05.21 18:02:42.343 Used Filter: DVB Source (Standard) //<----- DVBViewer Filter so after starting TV playback (no matter if black screen or not) there should be a Filters sub-menu in the Settings menu, and all filters that appear in the log should also appear in the menu. Attaching a support.zip after reproducing the issue in DVBViewer debug mode may also help to find out what is going on. Quote Link to comment
