In second block there is no audio track detected by DVBViewer/DMS like "PID 3498: MPEG Audio Stereo, 48 khz, 256 kbps", such a line is missing. There can be various reasons for that, Griga surely knows better but as a first shot what comes in my mind: Don't know if there could be newer audio formats not detected by older versions. Or an outdated channel list, many channels have more than one audio track with different IDs, for different languages, AC3 multichannel or audio description etc. Perhaps they send audio sometimes with an ID not in your list?

I cannot check myself, am on Astra 19.2° only where I don't find a "DR1 HD" channel so cannot verify that.

Best way to find out would be creating a support.zip in debug mode, like described here: support.zip . And perhaps a screenshot of TransEdit tool, analyzing the transponder of the channel while no audio found in DVBViewer. As I see you have multiple tuners so it should be possible to check with TransEdit while watching.

The support.zip originates from the client PC, not from the server PC where things are actually happening... ;)

Since the channel in question is encrypted, a possible reason for missing audio is failed decryption. The recorder discards elements that are still encrypted.

TransEdit should be used on the server PC:

  • Store TransEdit in the DVBViewer program directory of the server PC (where DVBViewer.exe is) and launch it.
  • Go to Settings -> Hardware and tick "Has CI" for your DD Cards that are associated with a CI. Click Save.
  • Select the transponder list for the satellite position that you receive on the left side of the TransEdit main window.
  • Select the frequency of the channel in question on the right side.
  • Click Analyze.
  • The Analyzer Window enumerates all streams including their PIDs that are broadcasted on this frequency. Check if the audio stream in question is among them.
  • Right-click the audio stream in question and click "Descramble". If it gets decrypted, it should turn from red to black.

What about video? Can you decrypt other channels in this way?

Make sure that the Analyzer uses a device with assigned CI/CAM and "Has CI" checked. TransEdit allocates the first free (!) tuner from the top in the Settings -> Hardware -> Device List. If it is occupied (e.g. by the Media Server), TransEdit will use the second suitable device, etc. So it is recommendable to stop the Media Server while you are testing with TransEdit.

Made a complete shutdown of server. Looks like it solved the problem, but i am not sure, because before it sometime worked and sometime not. I will come back here if it fails again. When i Descramble Audio in TransEdit now,  text turn black

If it happens again (and can be verified in TransEdit), expand the PAT node in the tree view on the left side of the Analyzer window. Right-click the  ServiceID entry for the channel in question and select "Copy as XML". Then paste the result here in the forum. Or, if it is too long, paste it in a text editor and attach the (zipped) XML file here.
