It's part of the DVBViewer 7.2.1 installation:

 

DVBViewer -> TV/Radio -> Reception Settings/Channel Search -> Select DVB-S 19.2° E as Reception Type (or, if not available, simply DVB-S plus Astra 19.2°E as Transponder List) -> Load Channel List -> Astra 19.2°E (All)

AFAIK KingOfSat only provides transponder lists, no channel lists.
