Different E-Mail Address for DVBViewer Add-On

Sorry for doing this post in English in the German board.

 

I have the same issue and my email-address is also no longer existing. I have ordered the DVB Server full version with both my old and new email-addresses in the comment box. When I just read this I think I did it wrong. 

 

DVBViewer Media Server+ ***-AT-upc.nl -- new email- ***-AT-ziggo.nl (where the last one is my radio callsign)

I was able to download it as it has been unlocked but I haven't received a code to unlock it. 

 

Can you please help?

The full version from the "Paid Additions" download section? There is also a restricted "DVBViewer Media Server Basic" version that is free for users who have purchased DVBViewer. It can be used without an additional password.

Please check your spam folder(s) carefully. This is the most frequent cause for not having received the Media Server password.

Thanks for moving it to the english pages Griga, should have known better :oops:

 

The download for the full version has been unlocked in my members section under the paid additions indeed.

I have been using the basic version for quite some while and enjoying that, so I was looking for expanding the capabilities of the 'server' I have set up at home

I already have checked my spam folders for the media server password, but unfortunately nothing found there.

I`ve send him his data again. But he must use the old email address

Thanks a million for your support.

I have received both (if you indeed sent 2 emails) as they came in at my email without any issue (or going to the spamfolder)

 

I have been able to successfully activate the software,

 

5 out of 5 stars for the support :-)
