Als little Tool in the members area. Somtimes the Technisat cards get into a state that a normal reboot won't fix.

 

This tool only simplifies the steps, normally you would do:

properties of network -> properties of card -> deactivate -> active.

 

 

Reset the Sky/Air/Cable Star card tool.

Only w2k, XP and above.

 

This tool helps you to reset the Sky/Air/Cable Star card. It simply deactivates and reactivates the network card.

Works also with limited rights user accounts.

 

Select the DVB-Card in the list and press one of the buttons:

- Reset      : deactivate and reactivate the card.

- Deactivate : deactivate the card.

- Activate   : Activate the card.

- Copy       : Copies the card name into the clipboard.

- Close      : Quits the program.

 

Or use the Commandline:

[Name of card in ""] [on|off|reset]

A word of caution: Use it at your own risk and with care.

You can also reset your internet connection or your netconnection if you choose the wrong card. There no harm in it, but downloads etc will be interupted.
