Timer(Countdown) für Aufnahmen [Sleeptimer Plugin]

Wie wärs denn mit einer Funktion, die nach dem spontanen Aufnahmestart gestattet, eine Endzeit bzw. einen Countdown bis zum Aufnahmestop einzustellen? Z.B. schalte ich DVBViewer ein, sehe, daß was Interessantes läuft, drücke auf Aufnahme und will/kann aber nicht während der ganzen Zeit dabei sitzen. Dann einfach Timer/Countdown aufrufen und Endzeit der Aufnahme bzw. Aufnahmezeit in Minuten einstellen und die Aufnahme stoppt zum vorbestimmten Zeitpunkt...

Wäre doch ein nützliches Feature, oder nicht?

Perhaps, Kai1, just like I do, doesn't like broken english.

 

Also, sollten entweder Wünsche/Anforderungen auch im deutschen Forum eine

eigene Gruppe haben oder aber hier, in "Deutsch" formuliert, zugelassen werden.

Meine Wunsch wurde in das Forum "Deutsch" verschoben und ruht seitdem (reine

Audio-Aufnahme immer in .mp2, unabhängig von voreingestelltem Format, z.B. PVA).

 

Kai1 möchte sicher nicht DVBViewer beenden, weil er vielleicht, wie ich, noch etliche

andere Jobs zur Aufnahme programmiert hat - also kann das VB-Skript (es gibt übrigens

Tools, die das - Programme zeitgesteuert beenden, Rechner herunterfahren - schon

beherrschen) nicht die Lösung sein.

@Wolfgang: Perhaps people from other countries, who are interested in what's going on here, don't like if they can't understand what you are writing about.

 

I don't mind if someone who is not able to write in Englsh, does it in German here. But I think it's unnecessary do post it twice in German - one time in the Deutsch forum and one time here.

The script can be the solution. It's no problem to replace the simulated Alt+F4 keystroke that terminates the DVBViewer by another keystroke, that simply stops recording. In contrast to EXE-files the script can be changed easily. It's not necessary to know a lot about scripting - just go to the M$-website and search for "VBScript SendKeys" - they tell you everything you need to know. It's a full remote control facility, dig it man!
