totolol
Hi, I use a lot recording service with plugins (folder /plugins/plugins1/) for watching tv via upnp. But when I launch DVBViewer, the program takes another plugins (folder /plugins/). Is it possible that the program takes the same plugins that recording service ? thanks Quote Link to comment
Tjod
No, ..\DVBViewer\Plugins\ is the main plugin folder for the DVBViewer. The plugins are contracted to the main playback in the DVBViewer. ..\DVBViewer\Plugins\Plugins1 to ..\DVBViewer\Plugins\Plugins32 are for plugins for background actions (plugins in this folders should not communicate with the user and thy are not visible in the DVBViewer plugin menu). The DVBViewer use them for PiP and background recordings. The first task that starts get the plugins in ..\DVBViewer\Plugins\Plugins1 the ascended the plugins in ..\DVBViewer\Plugins\Plugins2 and so on. e.g. you start a timer recording > ..\Plugins1 is used, if you start a second recording > ..\Plugins2 and if you start PiP during the two recordings > ..\Plugins3 will be used for this. And the Recording Service is only using ..\Plugins1 to ..\Plugins32 for streaming and recording. http://en.DVBViewer.tv/wiki/Plugins_and_Recording_Service Quote Link to comment
