TBS 6928 CI module support

Please add support for the TBS 6928 CI Module to the Recording Service.

 

Currently the CI module works correctly with DVBViewer software program. However, the Recording Service does not activate the CI module unless the DVBViewer software is open.

I need that too. That would be really great, its a nice stable card!
