Zazza
Greetings, I'd like to use my TV Samsung UE40D6100 as a DLNA client with the DVBViewer recording service (using version 1.9.3.0 right now). I've followed the instructions described in the official wiki: I can watch the TV with the client PC where the server is installed but, unfortunately, when I try to connect the Samsung TV with the server PC, I can't find any DVBViewer DLNA server in the TV source list. I'd like to note that, as a test, I can watch video streamed via LAN to the Samsung TV while it's connected to the default Windows 7 homegroup of the server PC. I really can't understand what I'm doing wrong. If you need more informations, feel free to ask. Thank you very much. 1 Link to comment

Jakub Klos
Yes, I have been to achieve the same but to no avail. I can see the DVBViewer as a new source. When I choose Videos or Music the TV waits for about an minute and then informs there was a problem and gives up. I have tested the latest DVB Recording Service installed today and it works with other UPnP/DNLA clients just fine. Were you able to get it working? Link to comment
