Tjod
There is now a App for iOS8 "Rec. Service" https://itunes.apple.com/sl/app/rec.-service/id966396749 (It is unlike the Android App or the Windows Phone App it is not completely based on the RS Web API) To use it you need the "Framework for Rec. Service App" (Members Section) anf the current Recording Service 1.30.1 Extract the zip an place the folder in the SVCweb folder ...\DVBViewer\SVCweb\ios8-1\ And then enter in the App settings as URL username:password@IP-adress:port no http:/ and no folder name If you have no password set you need only IP and port. e.g. 192.168.0.5:8089 1 Link to comment

Tjod
Are you able to open the web interface via http://username:password@192.168.1.150:8089/ios8-1/ in a web browser on the ipad? Try without a password, remove it in the RS and then in the URL is it then work? Link to comment
McenterFreak
Removed the password. Tried, but no luck. It answers (in Danish) "Safari couldn't open page, because the server stopped answering". http://192.168.1.150:8089 works fine, i get the RS standard webpage On the RS Machine the folder looks like this: Link to comment
Tjod
There is no SVCweb folder in the configuration folder. You should place ios8-1 in the DVBViewer directory. Link to comment

Tjod
There I can't help. I don't have a iOS device. In the German topic are some people with the same problem. But currently no solution. Maybe some one else has a idea. Link to comment
McenterFreak
Same for me, video stops after a few seconds. After upgrading OS from 8.1.1 to 8.2 it dosen't stop anymore, but it has huge problems with some channels. The wait cursor just continues spinning. Nothing happens. I think it is the iPad that is to weak to transcode the stream Link to comment
