Couldn't RS in status bar or Apps

Can someone assist for some reason I could find my RS in the status bar, and within DVBViewer list of apps, however, it is working because I could access the RS from Kodi, and all my DVBViewer client

 

I have shut down my computer several time yet it won't show up, so I am not sure what or where to reinstate the RS to I can perform some settings..

Run the DVBVCtrl.exe (C:\Program Files (x86)\DVBViewer) and then select in the context menu auto run.
