The usage is simple: Once installed in the plugins folder, each time a mhp "powered" channel is tuned, the plugin stores the java/html data on the hard disk. Mit irgendwas muss er sein Plug-In ja testen Aber da er sich nicht genau entsprechend äußert: Ich muss zugeben, dass ich ungerne den ganzen Java-Quatsch installieren würde, wenn es dann doch nicht geht. Andererseits würde ich es mir schon gerne mal anschauen. Einfache Frage daher: Funktioniert es mit OpenMHP und den Daten von dem Plug-In? Grüße Tatzenboy Quote Link to comment
hackbart Posted February 6, 2005 Author Share Posted February 6, 2005 naja laufen ist zuviel gesagt. Bis auf die IRT Implementierung gibt es nur wenige Java MHP Lösungen die mit den Daten klarkommen. Auch OpenMHP fehlt noch die ein oder andere Klasse. Das Problem bei MHP ist meines erachtens, dass es viel zu Overblown ist. Hätte ein einfacher HTML Browser nicht genügt? Nunja für jeden MHP Interpreter ist es zwingend notwendig eine Java VM zu installieren. Kaffee gibts derzeit nur für Linux, also muss unter Windows halt Sun herhalten. Die Carousell Daten können ganz leicht mit dem OpenMHP abgespielt werden. Nachdem die Installation von JavaTV und JMF (sprich entzippen) abgeschlossen ist, reicht das anpassen der start.bat: Meine schaut so aus: java -cp ./;mhp/;javatv_fcs/javatv.jar;lib/pj.jar;JMF2.1.1/lib/jmf.jar org.openmhp.system.Runtime und OpenMHP startet. Einfach mit rechter maustaste auf dem Fenster ein neues Projekt anlegen, z.B. ARD und unter Classpath und Xlet beispielsweise: D:\Projekte\DVB\Plugins\Das Erste\ tv.scip.browser.hal.mhp.MHPXlet eintragen. Letzteres ergibt sich aus dem Unterpfad in dem Classpath. tv.scip.browser.hal.mhp.MHPXlet heisst soviel wie tv\scip\browser\hal\mhp\MHPXlet.class. So nun zu meinen Problem : Ich habe den DVBViewer 2.3 Beta (letzte) mit dem MHP Plugin ganz normal installiert.Funktioniert auch alles ... In dem Ordner ./Plugins/ habe ich einen Ordner Projecte angelegt und darin den Ordner DVB ....darin werden von dem Plugin MHP alle Daten gespeichert! Mach er auch alles .... So dann habe ich im DVBViewer den Kanal Otto Shop MHP eingestellt und richtig ... und siehe da es wurde datei un den richtigen Ordner geschrieben! Das ARD-Prtal funktioniert bei mir auch (bis auf das TV Portal (gelber Knopf)), dann wollte ich das ZDF und RTL hinzufügen. Doch ich finde das entsprechende XLET nicht. ZDF hat zwar eines unter de.zdf.portal.XletDriver, aber angezeigt wird nichts. Bei RTL finde ich gar keine Datei die ein Xlet im Namen hat. Irgendwie blick icht (noch) nicht so ganz, wie man diese Xlets raus bekommt. Aber ich bin mir sicher, ihr könnt mir das erklären Danke! Quote Link to comment

Die TV-Portale kann ich aber nicht aufrufen. Folgende Fehlermeldungen bekomme ich: ARD: Could not load properties from file lib/JavaTV.propertiesjava.io.FileNotFoundException: lib\JavaTV.properties (Das System kann den angegebenen Pfad nicht finden) Habe es versuchshalber einfach mal in die start.bat mit aufgenommen. Hat aber nichts geholfen. ZDF: <MHP RE> [loading class]: de.zdf.digitext.Digitextjava.lang.ClassFormatError: de/zdf/digitext/Digitext (Bad magic number) Vielleicht hat ja jemand ein Tip ? Mit den Pfeiltasten komm ich zwar bei den Antworten der Fragen nach oben und unten, aber Bestätigen mit OK geht net. Genau so reagiert das Programm net auf die Grüne und Blaue Taste. Das TV-Portal "startet" mit den Fehlermeldungen des Vorredners. Bei der Installation hab ich alles so gemacht, wie oben angegeben. Java 1.4.2, OpenMHP 1.0, JavaTV 1.0. @Christian: mal ein kleiner Anschalag auf dich: ist es Möglich, das MHP in den DVBViewer so einzubinden, wie z.B. der EPG oder der Overlay-Teletext? Wäre Nutzerfreundlicher, zumal ja bald die TV Movie einen EPG auf MHP starten wird (kostenlos). Weiß, des is ein ziemlich großer akt! aber geil wäre es! Zur Sache mit MHP unter Windows: Ich "glaub", dass ich alles so gemacht habe wie oben beschrieben wurde, jedoch passiert nicht, wenn ich dann die Applikation in OpenMHP starte. Was mir aufgefallen ist, der Skript für die Start.bat von OpenMHP enthält einen Pfad für die Datei namens 'pj.jar". Vermutlich gehört diese zu 'javatv'? Auf meinem System ist sie nicht vorhanden obwohl ich 'javatv_v1.0', 'java2_runtime_v1.4.2', 'java_media_frameworks_v2.1.1e' und 'OpenMHP_v1.0' installiert habe (das alles unter win2000 und mit DVBViewer_v3.0 und SkyStar2). Vielleicht hilft die Konsolenausgabe jemand von euch: danke nofreak PS: So ein richtiges Tutorial für die ganze Sache wäre echt klasse. omhp_log.txt Quote Link to comment

In Finland there are still several services available in MHP (earlier there use to be even more but since there are hardly no settop boxes with MHP services are not developed at the moment). Und wann immer ich dort auf irgendeinen "register"-Link klicke, erscheint "Sorry, but this username has already been taken." Dabei habe ich noch gar nichts eingegeben, sondern lediglich den Link angeklickt. Hat das Problem noch jemand? Gibt's eine Möglichkeit, ein MHP-Tool auch irgendwo ohne Registrierung herunter zu laden? Das DVBViewer-Pro-Plugin funktioniert prächtig. Immer, wenn ich auf einem MHP-Kanal bin (z.B. ARD), wird im Hintergrund etwas im MHP-Ordner gespeichert. Wäre nur schön, wenn man sich das auch irgendwie in bunt ansehen könnte. Ich habe damit keinen einzigen deutschsprachigen MHP-Service zum laufen gebracht. Weiß nicht, ob sich seither da was getan hat. Es gibt noch mimundoTV, das vom österreichischen TÜV für den MHP-Empfang zertifiziert wurde, basiert auch auf OpenMHP (jedenfalls glaube ich das), hat aber wohl einige Modifikationen im MHP-Code: mimundoTV erhält TÜV Zertifikat für ORF MHP (bis auf MHP kann mimundoTV aber nicht viel, außer dass es auf Java basiert ) Ist ganz nett aber IMHO ist MHP Zeitverschwendung. It may be a waste of time but unfortunately, TV-2 (Danish channel), has switched to use MHP. :-( So, now I have to EPG for TV-2. I tried the MHP Carousel Plugin and do receive quite a few files, but not being able to download OpenMHP makes MHP a dead end. With no opensource MHP being available, I hope MHP will die a silent death soon. :-/ Quote Link to comment

Technotrend bietet zu seinen Karten eine Software an, mit der die MHP-Anwendung live bedienbar ist. Open MHP lässt sich nicht mal mehr herunterladen. Die Seite funzt nicht. Quote Link to comment

When i put mhp.dll in the plugins folder, DVBViewer quit (without error) when watching a channel. With official version 3.9.4 the plugin works correctly. Anoyone have the same problem? It doesn't seem to for me, though TS Analyzer shows the relevant ES PIDs under the ServiceID. I haven't got any streams with MHP data to see if that works. Chris Quote Link to comment

We use MHEG-5 in the UK (and similar in New Zealand, I think). I've attached an XML export from TS-Analyzer of a ServiceID (BBC News over DVB-T). Does it looks similar to what you get in Hong Kong?
