It seemed very similar, but with few differences. From what I can tell, it might be something with your PC. For example, I had old PC where it worked for months without any issues, it was extremely reliable, and only power loss was causing issues (I didn't setup BIOS to boot it after power returns). On my new PC, I had issues from the start, but it might be caused by some DB issues, or something. I mostly just copied data from old PC, if I remember correctly what I did when I was installing this PC. So, this copying settings might have caused this DB issues.

I plan to wait for it to happen again before posting support.zip, it seems that update I made cleared svcdebug.log. When I checked it, oldest time stamp was fresh, after update. But, if you think that even the new support.zip would be useful, I can make and upload it. How can I fix media DB, if it's the cause for my issue? I do think I have just copied settings dir from old to the new PC, which might be why there's damage with DB.

Nee im Webinterface haben die kein EPG,es sind IPTV Sender....zb.AXN,Canal+,eigentlich müssen da EPG Daten im Stream sein,den wie gesagt in Tivimate wird das angezeigt.Ich hab aber keine Ahnung wie ich das in den DVBViewer bekomme

Nach Standby-Modus ('Energie sparen' in W10) reagieren einige Programmfunktionen vom DVBViewer (v7.3.1.0) nicht mehr: Kein Umschalten auf geplante Sendungen mittels 'Vormerken' oder 'Aufnehmen' (wenn nach Standby programmiert, anders nicht getestet). OSD-Menü bleibt ohne Funktion, bis erneut eine Wiedergabe gestartet wird. PS: Beides funktioniert wieder normal, wenn ich das Programm neu starte... Obwohl nicht direkt mit o.g. Problemen verbunden, noch eine Anmerkung zum aktuellen EPG: Wird eine Sendung in der Programmliste ausgewählt, bleibt der Fokus bzw. Tabstopp dort, sodass ich in 'Details' klicken muss, um den Text zu lesen. In früheren Versionen blieb der Fokus in dem Fall auf 'Details' (wenn zuvor gewählt)... Gut ist dagegen, und evtl. die Ursache dafür, dass man Sender direkt per Klick auf Logos links im EPG einschalten kann! 😉 Danke & Grüße, A. B. support.zip

Was sind das für Streams? IPTV-Sender? Welche? Haben die im Media Server bzw. seinem Webinterface einen EPG? Was der Media Server nicht hat, kann er natürlich nicht liefern.

Ich habe jezt eine Senderliste mit Sat und ein paar Mu3 einträgen.EPG für Sat wird angezeigt das EPG für die MU3 streams nicht.Lese ich das ganze in TIVIMATE ein dann wird das EPG vom Sat und MU3 angezeigt.Wie bekomme ich das im DVBViewer hin.

Ein Problem mit der Empfangsanlage? Schnee in der Schüssel? Hier funktioniert es, und ich wüsste auch nicht, dass sich die Empfangsparameter der Sender in letzter Zeit geändert haben. Bei Antenne Bayern könnte es eventuell ein Problem mit dem Audio Decoder sein, weil das Audioformat AAC ist. Bei Klassik Radio jedoch nicht. Der Sender verwendet das althergebrachte MPEG Audio (MP2). Ich hänge mal zum Vergleich den Inhalt meines Music-Ordners hier an, zwecks Unterscheidung in "Music2" umbenannt. Du kannst die Datei nach dem Download durch Ziehen mit der Maus in den Senderlisten-Editor des DVBViewers importieren. Music2.ini

Guten Abend ist es auch möglich eine MU3 Datei vom Media Server abzurufen wo nur die Favoriten abgefragt werden?

Moin in die Runde, und frohes neues Jahr... ich kann seit einigen Tagen Klassik Radio nicht empfangen... ich nutze den DVBViewer Pro 7.3.1.0, ich nutze es zeitweise fast täglich am PC. Läuft alles top, also z.B. Video und Audio bei den ÖRR-Sendern... der ARD oder ZDF... Im Senderordner Astra 19,2E -> Audio -> Music kann ich einige Sender nicht empfangen, wie z.B. neben Klassik Radio auch Antenne Bayern nicht, ffn digital funktioniert wieder? Kann da jemand helfen? Hallo zusammen, vielen Dank für die Dokumentation dieses Problems. Ich hatte das gleiche Fehlerbild und zuvor vergeblich viele Stunden mit der Suche nach einer Lösung verbracht. Bei mir war auffällig, dass das TV-Bild mit DVBViewer Pro auf dem genutzten PC zwar in Ordnung war, aber die Aufnahmen per DVBViewer Media Server (auf demselben PC) und beim Zugriff auf diesen PC per RDP das genannte Fehlerbild auftrat. Ich hätte die oben genannte BIOS-Einstellung nicht als eine mögliche Ursache des fehlerhaften Verhaltens in Betracht gezogen, dank dieses Beitrags konnte ich die Lösungssuche beenden. Der genutzte PC ist ein HP EliteDesk 800 G4. Daraus könnte man ableiten, dass diese Generation von diesem Verhalten betroffen ist. Mit besten Grüßen Wobesi

This may be caused by a damaged media database. If yes, it is visible in a support.zip (in the contained svcdebug.log) and can be fixed easily.

V2 und V3 sind von älteren Installationen übrig geblieben. Geladen wird die V4 - außer wennn du eine ältere in V4 umbenennst.

That sounds the same as mine doesn't it. Mine works for a few days and then it stops. I'd not thought to call it a crash as the web interface still works but it must have crashed in some way as it's "stuck in time" isn't it. Were your timers working ok with the previous version of media server? I dug an old Windows 10 PC out and was in the middle of setting that up to see if it exhibited the same issues but I'm wondering now whether to try a previous version of Media Server on my current PC. I was really hoping it wasn't an issue with my current PC as I specifically built it to be a sort of HTPC and would be gutted if it were the cause of the problems. Maybe now it isn't if others are finding the same issues.

I have something similar, and I just wanted to add my experience. I just updated to the latest version, it might fix my issue, but let's see. I was using 7.2.5.0/3.2.5.0, and now I'm on latest (not beta) version. My PC works all the time, but for some reason, media server crashes silently. Icon is blue, like everything is working as it should. But web interface stops working, and timers don't record. Just stopping and starting media server fixes it for some time (few days). I notice it when trying to access web interface, or I notice missed timers, whatever happens first. I hope it's something caught and fixed in latest version.

Sorry, but it doesn't work this way. Entries prefixed with "it." are Italian. Serbian Latin doesn't seem to be supported by the DVBViewer/DMS setup (yet). The available language definitions I can see are the following: I first have to find out more about how the language support is working...

Ergibt nichts neues. Dazu fällt mir auch erst mal nichts mehr ein. Die "failure on..." Einträge besagen nur, dass für bestimmte Aufnahmen kein Vorschaubild erzeugt werden konnte - wahrscheinlich Radioaufnahmen im TS-Format. Von Interesse sind noch die Einträge AddReference/ReleaseReference MediaStreamServer um 16:20:19 und 16:26:05. Da bestand immerhin fast 6 Minuten lang ein Verbindung zum Media Streamserver, der Dateien (für UPnP) ausliefert, aber an wen? Ich muss da mal mehr Logging einbauen. Leider gilt die Regel: Egal, wie viel man loggen lässt - das, was man wissen will, ist nie dabei

Zufällig entdeckt >>>> Transedit hat die FEEDS gefunden, wenn man FEC & Modulation als Wert eingibt, nicht AUTO ( 2/3 & 8 PSK) ARD Feed hatte um die 13 MBit, ZDF war aber mit 30 MBit unterwegs, leider nicht mit 50 Hz, aber 4:2:2. Leider war mein Samsung Q50 besetzt, konnte die Feeds daher nicht probieren, beide Feeds (H 264) konnten nur mit dem LAV Decoder abgespielt werden, Power DVD verweigerte. Neujahrsgrüße

Thanks for looking after it. I've integrated the Italian translation of the new sentence in the setup language file - see attached custlanguages.txt, section containing entries starting with it. This file is used by the setup builder, which means, the language entries get hard-coded in the setup.exe. They are not read from an external file while the setup is executed. custlanguages.txt
