How to set DVB subtitles on by default?

I live in Finland and I'd liek to set the YLE DVB subtitles on by default (perhaps they would then be recorded in scheduled recording)

In

Settings/Options/EPGTeletext/Subtitles

I can check the check box "DVB Subtitles enable when available" but the pull-down mens Langiage 1-4 are always empty.

Would it be possible to do the setting in config xml file or why are the menus unpopulated? In a version prior to 3.2.6.79 I had a moment where the menus were populated sometimes - only 1 choice - so apparently it came from DVB stream when it worked.

Or is there another way to enable the DVB subtitles by default? I would not like to select view/show subtitle/dvb/select language also 6 mouse clicks when I change channel...
