Buy DVB Viewer via Bank Transfer

I would like to buy DVBViewer via Bank Transfer. (I can't use PayPal. Unfortunately.) At the adress http://www.DVBViewer.com/en/index.php?page=ordering are information, but my bank (Komeční banka, Czech Republic) need more information to do foreign payment.

 

Particular, I must correctly fill all these forms:

- Beneficiary's account No.

- Beneficiary

- Beneficiary's address, P.O.BOX

- Beneficiary's city, postal code

- Beneficiary's country

- Beneficiary's bank SWIFT code

- Beneficiary's bank country

- Beneficiary's bank

- Beneficiary's bank city

- Beneficiary's bank street or P.O.BOX

- Beneficiary's bank clearing code

 

I don't know all necessary data. Is somebody able to tell me right data? I wanted contact some DVBViewer author but I didn't find any e-mail address at http://www.DVBViewer.com/.

Well, I've purchased DVBViewer using Bank Transfer in my country(Serbia and Montenegro / Montenegro) which, belive me when I tell you has far worse banking system that it is in your country. I just printed the information found on DVBViewer site (http://www.DVBViewer.com/en/index.php?page=ordering) and that was enough informatio for bank clerk to perform payment using swift transfer.
