boborg Posted April 4, 2006 Posted April 4, 2006 Is it not possible at all to view teletext on an encrypted channel in DVBViewer Pro latest beta without cam hardware? I only have a skystar2 and then I get the no hardware available message. In DVBViewer GE I can edit the channel encryption status and then I'm able to tune the channel, encrypted still of course, but I can read teletext. But that does not seem to work in DVBViewer Pro. Guest Lars_MQ Posted April 4, 2006 Posted April 4, 2006 Why don't you edit the hasCI Status in the hardware options? Just tell the system the card can decrypt, even if it's not true. You get problems if you have more than one card in the system and one of the card really has a ci. So use it with care and at your own risk. Quote
