My Dvbviewer dont close ! Help...

Guys, sorry, i am newbie, but my DVBViewer when i close this, it´s yet run on process list of windows xp !!! Why ? Exist solution for this ?

 

If i open again DVBViewer and closed again, two (2) DVBViewer on process list of xp...

 

I need help... please...
