esperado Posted May 18, 2006 Posted May 18, 2006 -Time shift works only one time: i can make pause, and play again ok. iF I redo pause and play, i will have a messy playing (goes like succession of short samples with silences in between). Id i dit it two time, the prog crashes. - Resize does not work properly (wmr9). I have a black full screen with the original sized (window) image in the left-top corner. if i ask for reduce again, i have a correct window with the zoomed image inside. I can recover the stuff with a combination of minimize and zoom windows. My config use a double screen, DVB in a window on my main screen, and WRM9 full screen on the second monitor. (Dscaler codecs). Athlon 3200+ Ram=1Gig. Xp pro last updates. Quote

esperado Posted May 19, 2006 Author Posted May 19, 2006 Get DVBViewer Filter 2.7.2 from the members area, plugins section. The included ReadMe will tell you what to do. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> I use the progam for test. Do not have a login/pass to download-it. Will not buy-it untill it works ok, for sure. Today, no timeshift anymore: black screen when play, and program stuck with full cpu use. I dont understand, as i have a 2.4.2 filter in the folder. What to do to active-it ? So strange, as time shift is working well with other freeware programs on my pc ! Quote
hdv Posted May 19, 2006 Posted May 19, 2006 Hallo, What to do to active-it ? have a login/pass it's so stupid to go here in the forum with a cracked version of a non freeware software Quote

Don't bother posting any more "bug" reports. a illegal version will never work correctly Quote
esperado Posted May 19, 2006 Author Posted May 19, 2006 Well ever heard of copyprotection against thieves? (you know, i'm a programmer ;-) It is a copy from a collegue for testing, not cracked at all. I play fair with the work of others. I have read several posts here of people witch have bought your program and having-it not working properly. And i'm aware of the problems with direct-show based crapwares. I never buy a soft without some testing. Anyway, my problem is solved, it works perfect when no skin selected: no more crash on rezise and no more timeshift problem. If it stay that way for a week, i will buy-it like i always do. If not, uninstall. I am a honest man even if i prefer the Gnu world i contribute to. My posting was to just to help dev. Quote
jf2020 Posted May 20, 2006 Posted May 20, 2006 Well two comments: - you should buy it now and apologize, - I understand that you want to try before, but you shoud have been giving some credit to the devs and posted in the newbies sections instead of the bug reports. If timeshifting was not working you would see a lot of complaints here. Perhaps if you explain that you're coming from Mediaportal where you're encountered a lot of frustration you will get excused and have some help about scanning DVB-T frequencies in Paris... BTW channel management and scanning has been reorganized in the new beta version, so you may want spend the 15euros and give it a try? Did you try scanning wit TransEdit? Quote
esperado Posted May 20, 2006 Author Posted May 20, 2006 - you should buy it now and apologize, Done this morning. Apologize, why ? Perhaps if you explain that you're coming from Mediaportal where you're encountered a lot of frustration you will get excused ;-) you are soothsayer ? btw: i had set manualy and updated frequencies unfound by scan (both prog and Transedit. My file is at disposal for dev if they need, and the emetor by emetor localised list of frequencies for French. One of the encontered prob i had with time shift is that i had indicated a non existing folder for record /time shift, and program was not creating them. Manualy set: ok. No more timeshift prob with the beta version, no more crash on resize. Good job. Quote
jf2020 Posted May 20, 2006 Posted May 20, 2006 (edited) Done this morning. Happy ending! ;-) you are soothsayer ? Unfortunately not at all. Sorry if I guessed wrong... Edited May 20, 2006 by jf2020 Quote
