I've sent a message to Christian about my username and password for the customer about a week ago, but have heard nothing. Can anyone tell me how I can get my details sent to me again?

where is your original mail

 

is the DVBViewer installed on your system? then you can look in the Registry under HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\CM&V\DVBViewer, there you can find your password

My original email would have been deleted a long time ago as I have many lovers and need to keep stuff from my wife.
