No Channel Editor in "for all users" installation ?

Hi,

 

I just observed that after installing DVBViewer 3.50 "for all users" the channel editor was unavailable. After reinstalling it still was until I used the "compatible" install. Is this a bug?

PS: Hardware is a Technotrend S2-3200.
