Computer's clock/time slows down?

Has anyone ever seen his/her computer's clock slow down when using DVBViewer v3.5.0.1 and its recording (scheduled and time shift)? I had to use Windows XP Pro. SP2's time synchronization a lot to fix it. Just wondering.

 

My computer specifications: http://alpha.zimage.com/~ant/antfarm/about/computers.txt (primary machine).
