[Transedit] Entering frequencies in more digits

My cable-provider uses serveral awkward frequencies such as 682,75 MHz, but I can only input 682,7 Mhz. I can enter/update the frequencies in DVBViewer Pro, though it removed the encryption flag (?) It would be nice if I could enter the correct frequency direct in TransEdit
