Cannot render media file. error: 0x8004027d

Hello

When I want lunch any channel I receive this error and just a black screen apear but I the voice work without any problem.

I have attached support.zip for more information.

also I use windows 2003 Server enterprise editon SP1

Have you already tried to select the Sonic Videodecoder (Options -> DirectX)?

 

As audio decoder this one is recommendable:

as I told my audio works very well , also I tried Sonic Videodecoder befor nvidia but it didn,t work for me too!
