online recorder für US-television

Maybe it's not the right section but I will try it.

 

Does anybody know if there is any chance of an online recorder for US tv?

 

In Germany there are programms like saveTV (www.save.tv) or (www.onlinetvrecorder.com).

But these applications work with german tv channels only.

 

Are there any other services for US tv channels too?

 

Or can anyone living in the US publish US (tv) movies in the internet (for example www.apache.de)?
