DVBViewer 3.2.5 won't start! help!

DVBViewer 3.2.5 won't start!! help!!!

 

When I run DVBViewer 3.2.5 it just won't do anything; nothing comes up???

 

When I run, the TechniSat PVR DVBViewer it works fine. I NEED to run the 3.2.5 version because I have a program that reads the Teletext off of it.

 

Does anyone know why 3.2.5 won't start?

 

And I mean won't even show anything on the screen. When I click on it to run it, I see an hourglass for a split second then nothing.

Thought I'd add some more info.

DVBViewer 3.2.5 works on another PC next to this one (installed 1 year ago) but it won't work on this PC. I even copied the entire directory from the one PC to the other (after I installed the program) and I get the same thing. When I click on the DVBViewer program, it just won't run.

 

Does anyone have any idea why it won't run? No error, no message... nothing.

The current Version is 3.5.0 or better 5.1.120 Beta first install 3.5.0 and than copy the files from the Beta .zip
