stroke Posted December 21, 2006 Posted December 21, 2006 Hi! What do I need to do in order to play .flac-files? What type of mediaplayer is used in DVBViewer? // Jonas Quote
Derrick Posted December 21, 2006 Posted December 21, 2006 ..google is your friend. More than 8 millions hits using the search term ".flac" http://flac.sourceforge.net/ I don't think that DVBViewer uses the .flac data type but I can be wrong. Anyway, it should be easy to play the files Quote

These files can be played through foobar2000, the issue is wether DVBViewer will be able to play these files and howto setup DVBViewer to do that. Quote
JiTe Posted December 21, 2006 Posted December 21, 2006 Yes, it is possible to play flac if you are using ffdshow as audio decoder. Perhaps there are more ways to do it but it works for me. Quote
accolon Posted July 30, 2007 Posted July 30, 2007 You just need to install a direcshow flac filter for exampel http://www.illiminable.com/ogg/ This place ogg aswell Quote
