Hello,

I have an old PCI Twinhan 1020 that was working fine on Win XP.

Now I install on this computer the Wondows MCE (Media Center Edition) and I have trouble with its drivers.

DVBViewer say it can find the hardware.

What drivers should I install?

Have anyone tried this configuration?

Twinhan stopped the distribution of the old drivers, so you should visit the twinhan page and install the latest driver package (with the drivers you also get the latest mpeg decoders there).

i wrote by mistake "DVBViewer say it can find the hardware.", I meant to write "DVBViewer say it can NOT find the hardware."

I looked at Twinhan driver page http://www.twinhan.com/download_driver&software.asp

I am not sure what should I install for the Windows MCE.

I tried the BDA driver but it's not working.

I removed the BDA drivers and installed the drivers that came with card CDROM.

Now I can use MyTheater and Progdvb but DVBViewer is saying "hardware not found".

what is missing??

Here is a picture from the wizard of 3.6 install

The drivers of an older original CD of TwinHan are WDM drivers.

DVBViewer PRO/GE need the current BDA drivers of your model no.

I tried to install the BDA drivers from Twinhan website but none of the DVB software could find it.

Why cabt DVBViewer use the WDM drivers?

The WDM drivers were the measure of the things until some time ago.

They were taken off by the BDA drivers for DVB-X meanwhile.

Which BDA driver (exakte name) do you want to use?

The BDA-driver für your 1020 is V 1.2.3.8 at TwinHan-Download-Site.
