Cannot locate b2c2 MPEG2 Filter Tuner ctrl.

hi, I was trying this software /DVBViewer because that of netsystem.com is very bad.

 

I have not disinstalled the software of netsystem, of viewing digital tv.

 

I have seen at the system32 folder and I have seen that skydll.dll existst.

I have copied the bin folder from the netsystem, but it still not works.

 

I have installed the Muxer 2.3 for encoding ??? mpeg2

 

now, could you please advise me something?
