mrmoo Posted December 27, 2006 Posted December 27, 2006 (edited) Using the VMR9 VMR7 modes puts a perfect picture in the top left corner. The rest of the frame 3/4 of the screen is garbage. Overlay works fine for the full frame. Any ideas? like this http://www.casyst.com/mitko/tmp/HW_MPEG2_Decoder(NVidia).jpg found this as well http://www.DVBViewer.com/forum/index.php?showtopic=11555 Edited December 27, 2006 by mrmoo Quote
yaRincewind Posted December 28, 2006 Posted December 28, 2006 This is the nvidia-bug Simply mark under DirectX the button "Fix for Nvidia Bug", and everything will be fine (You will find it in the settings) @big Question at Hackbarth/Lars Would it be possible to access sub-menus via a link? So it wouldn´t be neccesary to say => settings=> directX but simply put a link, so the refering window will automatically pop up? Quote
legjno Posted January 1, 2007 Posted January 1, 2007 Hi, I also have the same problem, only a little picture in the upper left corner. Rest of the picture is garbage (3/4 of the screen). I have tried other software like gb-pvr, mediaportal and mytheatre, and they have all worked fine together with nvidia decoder. Mark the button "Fix for Nvidia Bug" didn't help, so I believe this has to be a "bug" in DVBViewer, or maybe someone has another suggestion to fix this. legjno Quote

I played around with some settings and suddenly it all worked fine. Picture is great, no distortion. legjno Quote
