Cant Find H channels

Hi !

 

I have a Twinhan DVB-S 878 card and have problems to get the channels in H band. ex. 11229/H/24500

I have try everything, lof1 9750 Switch 11700 lof2 10600 Canal Digital, When im running on my canal digital decoder it works perfekt, but not when i searching with theDVB card. Any idea??
