Net Streaming

I'm playng around this Net streaming without being able to sort out the problem.

I have a PC with SS2 as a server, with DVBViewer installed, and I have a Laptop PC that I would like to use as a client.

I would like to be able to change channel from the client and from server alternatively.

 

I try many configuration, I use unicast but not working, with multicast I can watch TV on client but I cannot change the channel. Anyway it is not stable, everytime I open both programs I have to pray that everything is working fine that time.

 

Actually I am using plugin Netstream on server PC and Mulicast on hardware options on the laptop.

 

Is there any different configuration can allow me to have a stable connection and change program from client?

the best is, you use DVBServer and a DVBViewer as Client.

 

Here is a How to, but only in german

 

Unicaststreaming DVBServer --> DVBViewer

 

PS: and you must have the same channellist on Server/Client, so copy the channel.dat from installation folder to the client.

Yes, but it is already half a year old and the photos are not from the latest version. So, at least I am little confused how to get the streaming working properly.

At present I can't get any confirmation of the client to the server. And when the server has been started the Dvb script:emoticon('', 'smid_25')
