Viewing position sometimes missed when watching a recording

Title says pretty much all. When watching a recording and then going to live TV and back the

recording viewing position is missed sometimes. Haven't yet found the logic.

 

Could this be related to the missing subtitle selection problem? Something wrong in the database

updating?

 

Edit: This is a 3.6 problem. 3.5 beta is working ok.
