Here are my specs: Windows XP 32bit SP2 Intel P4 3.2Ghz (filters) Hauppauge! WinTV Nova T SE (USB Stick) Drivers 33.c http://www.hauppauge.co.uk/pages/support/s...vb-t_wintv.html Nvidia 7600 GT DVBViewer3.6.0.2 Attachments (Setup.xml - there is NO DVBViewer.log) Please help! Benarty Posted January 28, 2007 Posted January 28, 2007 (edited) Further information is needed:http://www.DVBViewer.com/forum/index.php?showtopic=2210 I'm not a fan of the wizard. I usual start DVBViewer, it will report no hardware found but click on ok and it will go further. Now go to the options, hardware and click on the scan devices tab. If you see no new device popping up, then there's a problem with the driver. Driver install needs always minimal a reboot, sometimes a complete shit down/re-start/ Support.zip needed Edited January 28, 2007 by Benarty Quote
sluisga Posted February 3, 2007 Author Posted February 3, 2007 I got it to work. Solution: For some reason my USB DVB-T tuner was already in use so the wizard or scan feature couldn't access the tuner to scan for channels at the same time. Maybe a future version should stop the DVB-T tuner before searching for channels? Anyway, once I got DVBViewer to turn off the tuner (I loaded an mp3 audio file into DVBViewer) I then did the scan and it worked fine. No more problems regarding this. The only thing is when I view HD channels I get an avcdx.ax error. I'll search the forums for problems of this kind before posting a new thread on my troubles. Quote
