Hi

my spec

AXP M 2Ghz

1gb Ram

Win Xp Home.

this is dedicated HTPC machine

the channel change is really really slow.... (some times frezz even )

do the codec have something to do with this ?

is better to use Ati x1600 128Mb or GF 6200 128Mb

Pure Video will probably give a bust with GF 6200 ?

now im using standart dscaler codecs

sorry for Poor English.

PS I LOVE DVBViewer.... :bye:

What is AXP? AMD Athlon XP-M2000?

It's clocked on 1,67Ghz then

It has 512KB L2 cache....not HDTV capable

What is slow?

FTA channels zap fastest, depending on used DVB card between 0,2 and 1 second.

encrypted channels add 2 max 4 second, zo fast zap is not possible.

Codec: PowerDVD7 codec runs fine

Use AC3audio decoder

The Geforce6200 supports only limited purevideo functions.

Note: type is not enough, which X1600? standard, GT or Pro

Do not change videocard untill channel change problem is fixed.
