I have no problems with the Elecard codec with SDTV and the last HDTV MPEG 2 channel here on ASTRA. But i can see in your support file that you have Vista installed (DirectX version = 10.0, OS type = unknown) and Elecard has released their codecs for XP / DirectX 9 currenly.
