DVBViewer doesn't show image in non-primary monitor

When I move the window from the primary monitor to either the 2nd or 3rd monitor, the screen goes black but I get audio.

 

Happens with:

1) Microsoft MPEG2 decoder on Vista

2) NVIDIA PureVideo decoder on XP

 

Doesn't happen with:

1) Elecard MPEG2 decoder on XP

Because the MPEG2 decoders work in non-primary monitor in other software (WMP)

That fixed it, VMR9, but I get another problem as seen in screenshot attachment, the "NVidia VMR Fix" however fixed it
