Dvb S2 Channels Not Detected

Hi,

 

Great program, I've recently got a Hauppage HVR4000 card, it works well with DVBViewer with one exception, I cannot get it to scan or analyse any DVB S2 channels, for example 12722H on Astra, the program I got with the Hauppage card picks up those DVB S2 channels ok, but I would like to see them in DVBViewer !

 

I've set the tuner as S2 in the settings, but both DVBViewer and Transedit refuse to tune or detect any S2 channels.

 

Any ideas ?

For the HVR-4000, DVB-S2 transponders cannot be tuned within DVBViewer at the moment.

 

Problem is known. You'll have to wait until the developers get their hands on some specifications...
