arghhhh Posted April 22, 2007 Posted April 22, 2007 (edited) HI, see on the attached image, the text red framed should be displayed where the blue rectangle is. The display is the same on the OSD, not very simple to read.... Another Strange issue has occured, since yesterday I receive no subs on some channels. Even a reccorded TS, with subs, I can display them, there is no subs to select. support.zip Edited April 24, 2007 by arghhhh Quote

Lars_MQ Posted April 27, 2007 Posted April 27, 2007 Well what do you expect? you didn't even supply a source of the epg (Sat/Channel), how are we supposed to check what's happing there? I never saw anything like it on the channels I use... So I can't confirm this for now Quote

I supplied a screen capture and the support.zip, tell me what exactly you need and I will gladly provide it Thanks. BTW, the subbtitles issues seems in fact happening on live for only one channel, and for reccording only ( on other channel ). Quote
Griga Posted April 28, 2007 Posted April 28, 2007 you didn't even supply a source of the epg (Sat/Channel), how are we supposed to check what's happing there? what do you mean that i failed to provided ? must be a very secret channel. If I had this problem, it would be my very first idea to tell the developer which channel it is, and in which DVB network and on which frequency it is located, because it is one of the most important facts. But obviously you think in a different way, and you are not able to understand it, even if it is stated very clearly. One of those time-consuming communication problems in this forum, preventing progress... Quote
