Problem With Tt-3600 S2

I have a problem with fluently picture especially with Premiere. Before TT3600 i used skystar 2 and Geforce 6150 on board and i had good picture and very small CPU usage 10-30 %. For hdtv programs DVB S2 standard i bought TT3600 and new grafic card MSI GF 7600 Diamond plus but now start problems with CPU usage especially when i watching Premiere HD or others Premiere programs. CPU usage for normaly Premiere is 20 - 70 % and picture is not fluently. For Premiere HD is more higher CPU usage and worse situation picture is ruptured and stops. HD programs on Anixe, Sat Eins or Pro sieben is satisfyed. In same time i can record Premiere HD and picture is excellent.

motherboard Asus m2npv-vm nForce 430

cpu athlon 3500

1gb RAM

GF 7600 MSI Diamond plus

 

For DVB S i using Nvidia pure video decoder and for DVBS2 Cyberlink X264 decoder PDV 7

The TT3600 has no CI. So no premiere possible, no help. Read forumrules!
