50hz Humm In Audio Signal

As usual, problems between devices that has no ground and a device with a grounded power supply unit.

We can hear an annoying 50Hz humm in the audio signal. Are there commercial small devices (or software) that can remove the 50Hz noise ...or even other noise sources out of the audio part?

 

Replacing the atx PSU is not an option. The system is properly grounded.
