Two Cards With A Ci-module

I have two TwinhanDTV Ter-CI (3030 Mantis) PCI-cards on my system and they are working fine exept:

They both have a CI-module and I have finnish Canal+ and PlusTV cards at use but the problem is that both card slots do not work with DVBViewer Pro so I have to change the card every time I want to switch between Canal+ or PlusTV. Both PCI-cards work fine, I can record with both of them simultaneously but the CI module works only on one card at a time. Is there any solution for this? I bought two cards mostly so that I could use both Canal+ and PlusTV without having to switch cards.

PlusTV started working again with the new beta. Thanks for that!

EDIT: Sorry for the typos in the Topic header... it slipped and I can't edit it.

I only can guess.. ..probably the CI-driver can only handle one module at a time. Installing 2 different instances of the DVBViewer could be a solution. Of course you would loose the benefits of the multituner concept.

I don't understand exactly what you want. My guess:

You have problems connecting certain channels with a certain card with CI module? it sound like there two CI modules and two different kinds of channels, one can only be decrypted by CI B and one only by CI C. If this is the case, please set the channelgroups accordingly.

Card 1 with CI B serves channelgroup A and B.

Card 2 with CI C serves channelgroup A and C. (set this in the hardware options of the viewer)

Now open the channeleditor.

Select the channels which can only be decrypted by CI B and set them to channelgroup B.

Select the channels which can only be decrypted by CI C and set them to channelgroup C.

All other channels (FTA?) which can be used with both devices (no need for CI) are channelgroup A.

Remember to always press the update button!
