LePouSAT Posted June 25, 2007 Posted June 25, 2007 Hi all ! DVBViewer latest version crashes immediately when I set FFDShow as my H264/AVC codec and when I switch to an HD TV Channel (DVB-S2). But it works perfectly for DVB-S channels ... I tried to set the H264/AVC codec as "System Default" but I am missing a deinterlacing setting ... CoreAVC gives me a scrambled and/or green picture ... Anyone has a solution ? I enclosed my "support.zip" file ... Thanks in advance for your replies ... LePouSAT support.zip Quote
Moses Posted June 25, 2007 Posted June 25, 2007 solution: Don't use ffdshow for H.264 Try the cyberlink h.264 decoder which comes with power DVD. Quote

I tried, it works but on some channels I get an interlaced video stream and no way to add a deinterlace setting ... Any way to deinterlace the video stream when using the Cyberlink codec ? Moses Posted June 25, 2007 Posted June 25, 2007 click on view->filter and then the cyberlink decoder. This will pop up the options for the cyberlink decoder. You should try force bob or force weave for deinterlacing. Quote
