Is the cpu usgae too high for these channels?

My PC is a dell e520 with an e6300 core2duo @1.86ghz , skystar HD, 8500gt (158.45 drivers) and the cyberlink h264 codec. Im using DVBViewer ge and EVR. BBC HD is about 15% cpu usage but all the german fta H264 channels are about 25%. Is that cpu usage normal for those channels with a spec like mine?

 

 

edit: and just after noticing, cpu usage is the same for BBC HD when use only 1 cpu is ticked and same for the german channels

 

Is this right?

 

Also the sound skips on some H264 channels even though video is fine, same for all audio codecs
