Bigsound
I hope someone can help me with this problem I have. When I changing channel DVBViewer crashes. "DVBViewer.exe has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience." This is realy irritating and hope to fix it soon. Could it be something with EPG? (That I transfer EPG at the same time)??? Please help me someone Quote Link to comment

Lesen von Adresse 0000009C but as to why those errors occur. I'm sure a dev will look into it, but it might take some time. Did the error occurs from the beginning (e.g. when you started using DVBViewer with your configuration) or did something change along the way which started to cause the errors? In the meantime, you could try: * change the video-codec * change the audio-codec * deactivate plug-ins (you talk about "Could it be something with EPG? (That I transfer EPG at the same time)???", do you mean EPGImport or something?) * deactivate one DVB-card * update DVBSource * make sure Windows is up to date, as well as any drivers and codecs * check the Windows logs to see if something else is reporting errors as well Edited July 4, 2007 by Klaus_1250 Quote Link to comment

Klaus_1250
My post got removed due to the server move. But, BigSound, can you post some more information on your PC (hardware and all software)? Have you checked my list with possible suggestions? Last, you talk about nvidia codecs but have an ATI card? Quote Link to comment
Benarty
I know, prolly to late but: You have a ram error, check it first with memtest86. if memtest veryfies this, change ram dimm. Quote Link to comment
