Password at startup

Hello,

 

I just buy DVBViewer and install it.

 

Every time I launch DVDViewer ask me for username and password, I enter the mail and password received when I buy DVBViewer but after this it close. When I re launch again I have alway the windows for username and password so I can never use the soft.

 

What can I do ?

I found an answer :

I change user to 0 in place of 2 in usermode.ini.

that's no bug. It's related to user/file permissions.

It should work in UserMode 1 and 2 although.

 

But by some people witch using Vista it only works in UserMode=0. But until now nobody knows way.

OK,

 

I use Windows XP SP2. After installation user was set to 2 and this does'nt work. When I write 0 in place of 2 it works.
