The transponder ini file for 28.2E that ships with even the very latest version of DVBViewer is months out of date & does not have the details of the Sky HD channels. It is a pity that either the developers don't keep the list up to date or at least prompt the user to update & look for a new .ini file when they install DVBViewer.

The best method is to use TransEdit for scanning (and then export the results to the DVBViewer channellist). It is available in the members area and provides additional scanning facilities. Usually the ZIP contains an up-to-date transponder list for Astra 28.2° East. TransEdit allows to edit the transponder list and to update it by performing a NIT (Network Information Table) scan.
