computer doesn't shut down

I've replaced hardware and DVBViewer works fine except it can not shut down.

 

If add the on/off key of the remote in girder to the hibernate,standby and shutdown section in DVBViewer.gml then pressing this key results in hibernate even if DVBViewer is set to shut down the system.

As soon when the computer starts, we can see for a very short time the DVBViewer tekst in the taskbar but DVBViewer is not loaded.

 

Girder is only used for DVBViewer control, so nothing of windows.

 

if I remove hibernate and standby from the DVBViewer.gml and DVBViewer is still using shut down then DVBViewer just closes as soon when the same on/off button is selected on the remote.

 

 

Note: as you can see in the log's: weatherservice ain't working.

 

I have to mention: I had video problems after installing the latest nvidia drivers.

Overlay did not work and choopy VMR modes. the NGO driver works again.

DVBViewer 3.8.0.0 installed today but still no shutdown.

Pleas do not Quote whole posts.

 

To get Weather OSD working you need the Weather Images for the HTPC (Members Section). Put the weather folder in the DVBViewer folder.

 

But i did not relay understand your main problem.

What is not working and in witch case?

I still have to re-install windows (delay by other project) but the problem was:

 

If in DVBViewer options, a shutdown is selected when closing DVBViewer then windows did shut down as soon when DVBViewer was closed. After upgrading to 3.8.0 the computer refused to shut down. DVBViewer just closed and desktop stays active.

 

3.8 has also severe audio jitter and video problem so that's why I planned the re-install.
